Present Simple Tense
👉 Definition:
Used for habitual actions, general truths, and permanent situations
নিয়মিত কাজ, সাধারণ সত্য এবং স্থায়ী পরিস্থিতির জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়
👉 Structure:
Subject + verb (base form) / verb+s (3rd person singular)
👉 Examples:
I eat rice every day
আমি প্রতিদিন ভাত খাই
She plays football
সে ফুটবল খেলে
They go to school
তারা স্কুলে যায়
We study English
আমরা ইংরেজি পড়ি
The sun rises in the east
সূর্য পূর্ব দিকে উদিত হয়
👉 Important Rules:
- •Add "s" or "es" to verbs for he/she/it
- •Use base form for I/you/we/they
- •For negative: do not / does not + base verb
- •For question: Do/Does + subject + base verb?
